Day 38: Amaka Eviction, and why Housemates choosed Her
Amaka, who had been instructed to leave the Big Brother Level Up House right away, walked about the lounge, mumbling, “I knew it, I knew it.” It was just before she said farewell to everyone; she shook her head and added, “It was great meeting you all.”
Before it hit her and the other Housemates that Big Brother wasn’t kidding, they all hesitated for a second.
Amaka was the sixth host to be eliminated from the game, losing out on the opportunity to compete for the much sought-after grand prize of N100 million in prizes.
Nominations were held shortly after Dotun was named Head of House, although not as usual!

Each Housemate was required to nominate two Housemates who they would want to see eliminated tonight without giving any explanations while they awaited Big Brother’s signal to nominate.
As they processed this information, they were told that the nominations were unique.
Some people raised their eyebrows, while others were unafraid to shoot anybody standing in their way of winning the Grand Prize.

Why Amaka and not Doyin?
Amaka had no clue how her night would develop when she awoke yesterday. As Phyna sobbed at Amaka’s Immediate Eviction, the evening came to close tears.
Biggie demanded a unique nomination process in which one housemate would be kicked out and the person who received the most nominations would also be kicked out.
Amaka left the Level Up House after hearing her name spoken more than any other.
Biggie asked the housemates for their diary sessions who they nominated and why, and those that did all had the same reasons: drama and gistlover.
Giddyfia’s nomination of Amaka startled the no-sleep geng because of the nature of their connection.

Before the House united, he only had passing contacts with Amaka at the Saturday Night Party and at the Arena, which he admitted to Biggie in the diary room.
When they moved in together, she seemed to him differently. At some time, he realized Amaka was a party to the drama surrounding the house’s rumours.
Giddyfia went to call the uncoordinated and problem-prone aunt. Giddyfia was baffled as to why she kept getting warnings for microphone violations.
In one exchange, she assured Giddyfia that she could talk clearly and didn’t need to use a microphone. As a result, Giddyfia gave her a strike and informed Biggie that he could not be near to a rule-breaker.
Amaka was always getting into a fight with someone in the House, according to Eloswag, who informed Biggie.
On Sunday, when Ebuka rocked the tables, he and Amaka got a chance to speak. Ebuka questioned Chomzy about the source of the Phyna and Groovy rumour.
Chomzy informed Ebuka that she thought Amaka was the catalyst. Did Eloswag nominate Amaka because the rumours wounded his love interest?
Amaka was ultimately eliminated from the game, according to Hermes and Groovy, who believe she did not put enough effort into the game.
Since Groovy was a previous Level 2 Housemate and the Level 1 Housemates predominate, Groovy found the Eviction to be particularly upsetting.
Bryann, who nominated Amaka but referred to the nomination as random, is also unhappy that the Level 2 Housemates keep being evicted.
Dotun, the HoH, did not nominate Amaka because he thought her eviction would help maintain harmony inside the house.
