Cyph, an Imo State native who loves art, movies, and music, attended Madonna University to study electrical engineering.

Cyph BBNaija’s Age, Early Life, and Education
Bright Hidi Nweke, also known as Cyph around the family, was born to Mr and Mrs Nwekete on June 19, 1995, in Owerri, Imo, Nigeria.
He is a Christian, and his parents brought him up in the Catholic religion.
Cyph completed his elementary schooling at Owerri. St. Paul’s International Boys Secondary School, Owerri, was a school he briefly attended.
He then changed to Marist Comprehensive Academy to finish his secondary education, where he received his diploma in 2012.
He attended Madonna University to pursue his undergraduate studies in Electrical Engineering. He then relocated to Abuja to complete his National Youth Service.
That was when Cyph developed an interest in cartooning during his time at university.
He used software to produce cartoon art. He later transitioned from producing personal cartoons to producing works for clients.

Following college, Cyph spent his service year as an intern at the NTA’s Abuja headquarters.
At the company, he was a broadcast engineer. He started working in the creative sector in 2019 after finishing his service year.
He first acquired graphic design skills.
In December 2019, he served Chawfesr for many years as a visual communicator. The same position was also held by him at NGAGE Media Global in Abuja.
He will start working as a UI/UX designer in March 2020. He is employed with the Austin, Texas-based Dyme Academy as a Creative Designer.
Cyph has, nevertheless, also shown a talent for comedy. He made the decision to pursue his passion by appearing on reality TV.
He submitted an application to Big Brother Naija’s seventh season and was fortunate to be chosen as one of the 24 housemates vying for the 100 million Naira first prize.
